Gra, cheers for the heads up today. i think I will put some pennys back for a rainey day just in case it does goes really wrong for me. Can I ask you, what stoped you from getting the one of John Cornick? ta Mark No worries Mark, Your car looked sound sounded nice, don't think there's anything to worry about, it was just words of advise. Let me know if you need anymore info It was Mike Barge that was selling his from Barge Motors -nice chap Mike's car only had 20000miles on the clock from new, and was the car I wanted, but we just couldn't agree on the price, shame really. The cars been sold now...

Just been speaking with some guys from the main rsoc webpage, and found out my car is only running 1.2 peak and holding around 1.1 to 1 bar boost.... apparently with the spec i have it should at least be running 2 bar and producing max of 380 bhp with a rs500 cooler.. does this sound right? I took it to bournemouth today and got done by a evo fq330.... with the boost my car is running they think its only producing around the 270bhp mark? what do you guys think Mike Barge's car was the same as yours Mallard Green, think this car went to London. Been burnt off by a Evo FQ 330 isn't good, but if you're not producing the right boost you won't. Mine was holding 14psi and had 285BHP. Remember that running high boost needs good cooling, this isn't a selling ploy its facted. Think the standard intercoolers ok up to 15-16 psi, so running 380bhp is going to need replacing. You won't spin your wheels with your boost levels, you need big power to do that, but not good for the transmission!!!! When my car was 285bhp I lost 100bhp at the wheels, the more power you have, the more you lo at the wheels, so if you're running 385 bhp, you're probably loose approx 130bhp at the wheels because of the 4 wheel drive... Here's a pic of the one I owned
